BioCorRx Completes $940,000 Equity Financing and Announces Alpine Creek Capital has Agreed to Invest an Additional $1.7 Million

ANAHEIM, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 10, 2017 / BioCorRx Inc. (OTC PINK: BICX) (the "Company"), a developer and provider of advanced solutions in the treatment of alcohol and opioid addictions, today announced that it has completed an equity financing of $940,000 with accredited investors. The Company also announced Alpine Creek Capital Partners has agreed to invest another $1,660,000 by March 24, 2017, totaling an aggregate investment of $4,160,000. The Company received an initial investment of $2,500,000 from Alpine Creek Capital on June 10, 2016. This round of funding will include the closing of $4,160,000 investment from strategic investor Alpine Creek Capital. Their initial investment of $2,500,000 received in June 2016 has allowed the Company to reach major milestones and expand into the development of injectable naltrexone.
