Concentrations of Credit Risk
The Companys financial instrument that is exposed to a concentration of credit risk is cash and cash equivalents. Effective December 31, 2010 and extending through December 31, 2012, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), regardless of the balance of the account. Generally, the Companys cash and cash equivalents in interest-bearing accounts does not exceed FDIC insurance limits. The financial stability of these institutions is periodically reviewed by senior management. |
